SANDGLASS

.
.
When Burch and Beck were done talkin' design, they swung around the corner to Cyrus Sutton's and headed for an hour surf. Conditions called for logs and a Jon Wegener kookbox.

Beautiful picture style Warbles.

moody shots, very nice. that thing has a coffin look to it. the b/w and the composition of the shots makes them look like stills from 'ed wood'!
a vampira mermaid would tie it up nicely.
best post nominee #2 from warbles.

thanks Push & Jet. felt good to go with a washed out very low contrast world out in the water— dreamy. i can imagine the vampira mermaid.

Please RT, no more about Burch. He's the best and nicest kid we got down here. Don't want him to get a big head. G

how's it goin' Brownfish? well i hope.

you got the nice kid part right. i read your concern as well intended, but i doubt he's gonna get a big head from repeated warbles posts.

the stuff i've been posting that's involved him over the past couple weeks is being posted as it happens because they are stokers of differing topics. yes all involving him, but different topics nonetheless: 1) him riding self shaped board finless, 2) him riding fauxlia with close-up attention placed on what the fauxlia was doing in the wave face, 3) meeting and talking board design with jeff, 4) logging with particular focus on kookbox ridden by Cyrus. all of it worth being seen without governing the frequency in my opinion— just think of all the consecutive posts that involve him as pages/installments of one larger article and be stoked.

i'm doing some work with him right now, and i'm bound to document with a still camera along the way, and while it wont be all i post about, i'm sure i'll post as it happens.

cheers & peace.
