EVOLUTION

.
.
Evolution of a species. Evolution of an artist... who people have naturally referred to as
Skullphone for his anonymous placement, since 1999, of this image in the streets of LA, NYC, San Francisco, London, France, and Italy to name a few.
.

.
.
Not limited to his iconic skull on cellphone image alone, he's often placed a reinterpretation of the Mobile Oil pegasus logo on the walls of vacated gas stations.
.
.
.
2008 placement on digital billboards throughout LA.
.
.
.
His current solo show, DIGITAL MEDIA, at Subliminal Projects Gallery... hand painted RGB dot matrix on black enamel:

Show runs through July 2, 2010:

Always love his stuff round town. He had a nice one at the old Malibu gas station for most of '08.

I don't have the inside scoop on their motivation, I do know we all need and want to use oil based products for our cars and other things we buy, that are made from oil based products, otherwise we wouldn't use oil. BTW the spill was an accident and the earth will cleanse itself as it always does.

Are you sure you don't have the inside scoop? Because it sounds like you work for them.

No, I just don't believe oil is evil.

Beetle,
What's the first word that comes to your mind when I ask you: What is the opposite of evil?

surfing?

This would have been a great answer if you were sure about it— didn't end it with a question mark.

Wow, that's awesome RT.

There once was a wolf, proud and fierce. One day he found that taking food from the hand of man was easier than finding his own fresh blood. Generations later, his elongated torso writhed as his owner reached for the bag of stale pellets and poured them into his dirty bowl. "Sit!" the owner commanded. Eagerly, he folded his stubby inbred legs.

"Good Boy Beetlejuice!"
