fortunately, not me in this post. the only time i've ever been hit, i was lucky enough to just get a big slice rather than full on barb break off injection. when i took the pic the guy was loading up his car to go to a walk-in-medi-clinic to have the thing cut out— with its reverse barbs the thing wouldn't budge when he tried to pull it out himself.
